The injection moulding division of SPS Safas Plastic Solutions has over thirty horizontal and vertical injection mould presses, fitted with robotic manipulators and conveyor belts for automated piece handling. The presses cover a range from 25 to 220 tons, for versatile production to suit parts of different dimensions. Our expertise also covers two-shot injection moulding and moulding with metal inserts.
The organisational structure and variety of the machine fleet allow us to produce both large series and small quantities, while respecting fast turnaround times and efficient planning. Thanks to optimised processes, we are able to support customers with different needs, always guaranteeing continuity and production quality.
As well as injection moulding, we also provide a wide range of finishing operations and post-processing: screen printing, pad printing, ultrasonic welding, specific assembly, customised packaging and other ancillary operations. We also perform bores, threading, reaming, and milling directly on the moulded product, when the design requires it.
Our division is able to assemble springs, metal clips, hooks, O-rings, and other inserts onto the moulded piece, guaranteeing components that are ready for use or for the customer’s successive assembly stages.
